Full-Service wedding coordination

  • Provides couples planning and coordinating services from the beginning of the planning through inception of your special day

  • One-on-one consultations with clients and vendors (includes final vendor meetings)

  • Phone and email consultations

  • Provide recommendations and assistance in securing vendors

  • Schedule and attend initial and final vendor meetings/appointments

  • Send monthly To-Do and Follow-up items via email

  • Review vendor contracts (if requested)

  • Arrange hotel room block accommodations for your bridal party, guests, etc. (if needed)

  • Assist with budget

  • Assist with seating chart

  • Conduct ceremony rehearsal

  • Coordinate entire wedding day – Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony and Reception

  • Contact and confirm arrival times of all event vendors

  • Create and send final timeline to all vendors

  • Help with décor set up and break down

  • May help with transporting décor from church to reception (if needed)

  • Prepare bridal party for Grand Entrance

  • Coordinate all reception activities (i.e. first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Gather gifts in hotel suite/car and additional items requested

  • Includes up to 150 guests

month-of wedding coordination

  • Beginning one month prior to your wedding

  • Will need all vendors contracts and contact information

  • Limited one-on-one consultations with clients and vendors (includes final vendor meetings) (Additional meetings may be $100 each)

  • Limited phone and email consultations

  • Send To-Do and Follow-Up items via email
