Thad and Mackenzie

This is Thad and Mackenzie's love story. Thad wanted to surprise Mackenzie with a "Just Because" theme.

Our first attempt was going to be on the beach, but the weather did not cooperate with us, so we changed the date and set up at this "secret" park.

Thad wanted a "Love is in the Air" package on the beach and when we changed the date, he thought how about a "Lavender Field". Well, we brought a semi lavender field to him with this beautiful surrounding with greenery, trees, a lake and lavender all over the table. They loved it. They even brought their new puppy to enjoy the park.

Crystal and Jay’s Love Story…
Crystal wanted to surprise her boyfriend with a special romantic picnic, "Love Never Gives Up" and “To New Beginnings”.

So, we decided to come up with a special theme for them and she wanted red but with white roses, so we tied the two together with a mix of both and added a few “Love” home décor items to add to the theme.

She chose to add a Charcuterie Board which was perfect for them on the beach.

Blue Vintage Tea Party Inspiration

I bought these placemats and I knew they were going to make a great inspiration for me. I didn’t know what I was going to do but I let my mind wander for a few days. I thought about it and came up with a blue and pink vintage tea party theme. My favorite color is blue and I added some blue and pink finishing touches to my vintage tea party. I never know what I am going to do until I start decorating and then pull items from my home. I have many items tucked inside cabinets and china huts that I hardly ever use unless on a special occasion. You don’t need a special occasion to set a pretty table or have a picnic. “Just Because” is the perfect reason to decorate and have friends over.

I’m actually in love with the blue and pink vintage tea party and I love seeing it set up. I hope you do too.
